The Thoughtful Yogi Yoga
When I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training, I thought, "this is it! I am a Yoga Teacher now. I know all I need to know." I soon realised that Yoga was so much more than what my limited beliefs were ready to understand.
Once I began to realise that I needed to open my mind to what Yoga is and could be for so many, I made it my aim is to be as inclusive as possible while challenging your mind and body. My mission, while learning as many styles of Yoga that I could, was to create a class that expands people's understanding of Yoga, while opening the body and mind in different ways.
In the average Yoga class, you will flow through the postures and then leave the class feeling like you have had a workout. That is not what you will get when you come to a Thoughtful Yogi class!
For those of you that have attended one of my classes, you will know that I want you to feel the authentic roots of Yoga. I will cover Meditation, Pranayama, (breath work), and Asana, (postures), in order to give you a well-rounded and intensive class. Throughout the class, I combine ancient knowledge of Yoga and modern Science in order to amplify your practice to the next level.
You will come out of a Thoughtful Yogi Class feeling like you have been to therapy, released a whole lot of stress, and worked your body in a way that makes you feel good!
