From an early age, I had people around me that had interests in all things health, wellness and spiritual. I just didn't see it. There were crystals all around my home growing up. I have a family history of Massage Therapists, Flower Remedy practitioners, Meditation facilitators and Yogi's. 

Around the age of 14, I started to develop more of an interest in my spiritual journey. I began reading any book I could get my hands on. I went for regular Reiki treatments, attended meditation groups, went to Spiritualist Church gatherings, and started to learn some holistic therapeutic practices for myself.
